Cold Compresses with Strap
With these compresses, you can effectively help relieve pain in the back and shoulder area. Depending on your needs, the gel packs can be cooled in the freezer or heated in the microwave or a water bath. Use as a cooling pad, to help with sprains, bruises or after back and shoulder surgery. Warm up the gel packs to provide relief for menstrual, abdominal and back pain, among other things. Instructions for Use
- For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
- For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 2 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) before use
- Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
- Use on children only under adult supervision
- Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
- Never use a damaged compress
