Cold Compresses for the Knee with Cut Out

Knee pain after sports, bursitis or joint problems is often very unpleasant and should be treated in good time. You can use these reusable compresses for cold or heat therapy to relieve pain. Depending on the intended use, the gel packs can be cooled in the freezer or heated in a microwave or water bath. Thanks to the tight seal, the cooling pads will not leak.

Instructions for Use

  • For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
  • For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 1.5 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) for 40 seconds before use
  • Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
  • Use on children only under adult supervision
  • Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
  • Never use a damaged compress
