Instructions for Use

  • For cold application: place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use
  • For warm application: heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 2.5 minutes or in the microwave (800 W) for 3.5 minutes before use
  • Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns
  • Use on children only under adult supervision
  • Do not use compress for longer than 20 minutes
  • Never use a damaged compress
