Any crumbs will fall right through into the crumb catcher tray beneath the cutting board and can be easily disposed.

Note: Choose the size of the cutting board by placing the separator in the spaces of the cutting guide. The thickness of slices is determined by the thickness of the grooves and the chosen space.
